A small team, deliberately.

The Borg Team is two people at Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty, working primarily in Mississauga and the wider GTA.

Who we are

Justin Borg — Sales Representative, team lead. Mississauga-based, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords across the GTA. Modernising how the team runs, building the processes and the systems that make our files and our communication consistent.

Jade Riedesser-Borg — Sales Representative. Works alongside Justin across the same pipelines with a focus on buyer-side representation and tenant leasing.

The team operates without a transaction coordinator on purpose. Justin manages file coordination directly, supported by the automation we've built so nothing falls through the cracks between email, MLS, and brokerage paperwork.

How we work

The starting point is data. When we recommend a price, it's because the comparable sales support it. When we recommend waiting, it's because the trend data supports waiting. We'll share the numbers with you, walk through the reasoning, and answer the follow-up questions.

Urgency is a tactic other people use. We don't. If a decision can wait a week to be made well, it waits a week. The biggest financial decisions people make in a decade deserve more than two days of pressure.

After closing we don't disappear. Most of our past clients have called us back within a year for something — a roofer recommendation, a landlord question, a next-move conversation. That's a feature, not an inconvenience.

What we don’t do

We don't overprice listings to win them. We don't manufacture urgency around offer dates. We don't recommend transactions when the data says the move isn't there. We'll critique those practices openly — but we won't name the agents who rely on them. That's not useful to you and it isn't our stance.
